Deposit: Due to the OOAK (One-of-a-Kind) nature of our work, 50% of the total value is a non-refundable deposit.
Dolls are shipped only after the final installment is cleared.

Our dolls are 100% handcrafted from our original sculpts (no 3D printing or commercial molds).
Models: Malena (Classic/Large), Meiko, Alvar, Eglantina, and Pinkies.
Material: Translucent porcelain (White, Ivory, or Limited Tan) fired at 1260Β°C.
Finishing Options: * Standard: Artist-grade acrylics and pastels (satin lacquer seal).
Premium: China Painting (vitrifiable pigments fired at 800Β°C for a permanent, glass-like finish).
Specs: Sizes from 11cm to 37cm; 5 to 21 points of articulation with natural leather lining for superior posing.
Wigs: Magnetic attachment; available in Mohair, Alpaca, Viscose, or Kanekalon.

Timeline: Usually 6β10 weeks once production begins.
The Nature of Porcelain: As an "object dβart," porcelain can warp or crack during firing. If this happens, pieces are recast to meet our quality standards, which may extend the estimate.

All the dolls are one of a kind, ball jointed, art dolls, carefully handcrafted one by one. No 3D technology is used in any stage of the process. You can see our process in our main blog or in our facebook albums (see the treelink below) or to ask for specific pictures of any part of it, including the creation of the master pieces.

Once the doll is ready and full balance is paid, the shipping is made through DHL express only, with tracking. Can take from 5 to 12 business days to arrive to destiny. Custom policies of each country can alter this estimated timeframe. You can solicitate an insurance. Be aware of any custom requirements or taxes of your country customs.
Ask for your destination if you don't see the shipping option in the listings.
I do not offer fancy boxes; the dolls are securely packed with lots of plastic bubble wrap and a second recycled cardboard box inside to add extra strenght to the pacakge. China painted dolls are, however, packed in a mdf customized box.
In case of layaway the value of the shipping can be splitted between installments or to be added to the last one.
